Support for students
We're here to help you settle in and to provide any assistance you may need during your stay in Prato. With our own experiences of studying and living abroad, we understand the ups and downs of discovering a new city, adapting to cultural differences and being far from friends and family.
You’ll have the chance to meet Claire and Marina during your Orientation Session when you arrive at our campus. Please don’t hesitate to contact us by emailing Student Services or by popping in to the Student Services office, open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can find our office on the first floor, just along the corridor next to the computer lab.
