Research initiatives

We act as a research incubator, a place where Monash researchers connect with major research networks, especially those based in Europe. Through these networks and industry linkages, we are able to tackle global challenges together.

The outcomes of our research are published in leading journals and by major international publishing houses. You can view many of these in our publications online catalogue.

Monash University European Research Foundation

The Monash University European Research Foundation ETS is co-located at on our campus, enabling Monash academics to deepen their research collaborations with European institutions and industry.

Research themes and partnerships

We also pursue some specific research themes of contemporary relevance to the city and region, including migration, social inclusion and global movement studies. We have developed these themes in collaboration with university partners and we engage with local government and industry too.
