Courageous Leadership in Uncertain Times

Margie WarrellAbout the program

Featuring globally recognised leadership expert, Forbes columnist, and Monash alumna, Dr Margie Warrell has advised leaders at NASA, the United Nations, and top Fortune 500 companies. Margie brings elite strategic rigour and master-level executive coaching insights to the program.

Set in the heart of Tuscany, this three-day residential immersion will build on the themes explored in the taster session, punctuated by bespoke cultural experiences, Margie will share her insights with leaders, helping them build the inner capacity to lead with greater clarity and courage to make better decisions under pressure, navigate the complexity and paradoxes of contemporary leadership and build resilience without compromising your wellbeing.

Two live follow-on webinars with Margie will be scheduled in the months following the immersion to help you embed what you’ve learned, stay accountable to the changes you’ve committed to, and continue developing the courage to lead boldly under pressure.
